Everything leaves the atelier pressed, folded in tissue and sent with a note.
Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is collected.

Anything unworn, unwashed and with its tags attached can be returned within fourteen days of delivery for a full refund. Send it back in its original packaging where you can.
Return postage within Ghana is on us if the piece is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. Otherwise it is at your cost. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of the parcel reaching us.
To start a return, email us with your order number and we will send instructions and a collection slip.
Made-to-measure pieces are cut to your measurements and so cannot be returned for a change of mind — that is the trade for something made only for you.
What we do instead: if a finished piece does not sit correctly, bring it back within thirty days and we will alter it at no charge, as many times as it takes to get it right.
If we have made an outright mistake against the measurements you gave us, we remake the piece.
