Most of our sets are cut deliberately oversized — that is the shape, not an accident of grading. If you want something closer to the body, take a size down. Every size from XS to 3XL is drafted separately rather than scaled up, so the larger sizes are properly proportioned. The size guide has full measurements for every garment.

Size up for the oversized cuts and down for the night dresses and cami sets. If you are unsure, send us your measurements through contact and we will tell you which to take — we would rather answer than process a return.

Yes, if it has not shipped. Email us with your order number as soon as you can. Once a parcel has left the atelier it has to be handled as a return.

Choose a shape and a cloth, send us your measurements, and we send back a firm quote within two working days. Nothing is charged until you approve it. From approval, most pieces take about three weeks.

We check every set before cutting and will call you if a number looks inconsistent with the others. If a finished piece still does not sit right, bring it back within thirty days and we will alter it at no charge.

Often, yes — within reason and provided it is not someone else’s protected design. Send photographs and measurements through contact and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it well.

Two to four working days within Ghana, and complimentary on orders over GHS 2,000. International delivery is quoted at checkout and usually takes seven to fourteen days.

Anything unworn with its tags still attached can come back within fourteen days. Made-to-measure pieces are cut to your measurements and cannot be returned, though we will alter them free within thirty days. Full detail on the delivery and returns page.

Cold hand wash, or a delicate machine cycle inside a mesh bag. Do not tumble dry. Cool iron on the reverse while very slightly damp.

Everything is tested through forty washes before it goes on sale. Wash at 30°C, inside out, away from direct sun to dry, and it will hold.
